Partner with executives, engineering, design, QA, marketing, and business leaders to deliver scalable digital experiences, improve conversion and revenue, and identify growth opportunities in fintech and personal finance.

Leads the creation and operation of CanWise Financial’s lending function, including mortgage underwriting, servicing, compliance, technology implementation, organizational design, funder relationships, default management, KPIs, and operational P&L. The role establishes scalable processes, regulatory controls, and high-performing teams while providing executive reporting and partnering across product, technology, finance, risk, legal, sales, and marketing.
