Provides administrative and legal support for a high volume of debt collection lawsuits. Duties include preparing correspondence, pleadings, and memos; gathering information; documenting completed work; scanning and copying documents; monitoring internal systems; supporting legal team members; and improving processes. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Lead end-to-end QA for web applications: design and execute test cases (functional, regression, integration), automate tests (Java/Selenium), manage bugs, support CI/CD pipelines, provide second-tier user support, participate in scrums, and demo to stakeholders.

Build, maintain, and improve Power BI reports, paginated reports, and semantic models. Write and validate T-SQL queries, work with views/stored procedures and Fabric, perform data validation, document logic, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver reliable BI solutions and KPIs.
