Generous parental leave

Flyers can take up to 16 weeks of parental leave and up to 4 weeks of transition time for parents returning to work following leave on a reduced schedule.

Our professional development program, Wagon U, includes a robust curriculum for new Flyers, emerging managers, and leaders. We foster growth through all-company trainings annually and include interns.

Mentorship program

New Flyers are paired with a Welcome Buddy who takes them under their wing as they launch their career with us. In addition, managers serve as mentors and support their teams' growth.

Radio Flyer offers annual vacation time that increases with years of service. Flyers may also purchase additional vacation days up to 5 days annually for additonal time off.

Paid volunteer time

Radio Flyer offers 3 days of paid time off to Volunteer each year. Our Smile Squad Committee creates monthly Smile Days for Flyers to sign up and volunteer with organizations across Chicagoland.
