This hands-on director partners cross-functionally to improve automation, financial processes, and governance while mentoring the accounting team.

Lead content as a revenue-driving function across DTC, retail, and marketplaces. Build and scale a high-velocity content production engine, own brand voice, drive content-led commerce (TikTok Shop, live selling), partner with sales and e-commerce for retail sell-through, manage teams and creators, and measure contents contribution to topline growth.
