Full-time inside sales and customer support role responsible for prospecting, lead generation, quoting, account management, customer relationships, order confirmations, payment monitoring, and coordination with sales and operations teams. The representative serves as a primary customer contact, maintains accurate ERP records, supports event bookings and installations, and helps drive customer retention and revenue growth.

Lead local operations and event execution: recruit, train, schedule, and manage crew leaders and installers; ensure customer satisfaction, asset and fleet maintenance, accurate scheduling, and budgeted labor usage.

Measure, mark, and cut fabrics and materials for large-scale custom drapery and fabrication projects. Read work orders and technical drawings, create and modify patterns, inspect cuts for quality, and collaborate with sewing and production teams to meet deadlines while maintaining a safe, organized workspace.
