Quantum-Si Benefits Overview

Conducts end-to-end integration testing for a single-molecule protein sequencing platform. Troubleshoots hardware, software, firmware, optics, fluidics, reagents, consumables, and workflow issues through structured root-cause analysis. Develops test plans and protocols, analyzes instrument and sequencing data, supports verification, validation, characterization, and reliability testing, and documents findings. Collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering, R&D, applications, operations, and customer-facing teams to improve system performance, workflow robustness, commercialization readiness, and field support.

Leads the global Human Resources function and develops people strategies aligned with business growth. Advises the CEO and executive team on organizational effectiveness, culture, succession, workforce planning, compensation, and change management. Oversees talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compliance, HR operations, and global programs. Builds the HR team, manages systems and controls, guides employee engagement and investigations, and uses workforce metrics to inform decisions.

Leads end-to-end development of integrated protein-based sequencing reagent kits and workflows for a Quantum-Si platform. Owns scientific strategy, optimization, risk mitigation, design verification, validation, manufacturing transfer, and launch readiness. Manages reagent development teams and other leaders while coordinating cross-functional programs with engineering, operations, quality, systems integration, and marketing. Requires expertise in protein reagents or sequencing chemistry, DOE, statistical analysis, root-cause investigations, and regulated product development.
