Coordinate and document domestic and international shipments, plan imports by transport mode, liaise with carriers, track shipments, calculate transport costs, manage inventory and supply requisitions, support procurement and customer service as needed, and maintain shipment and inventory records to ensure on-time delivery.

Manage US benefits and leave programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability), ensure compliance with FMLA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA, analyze self-insured plan costs, prepare employee communications, advise employees and HRBPs, and support related HR functions with up to 20% domestic travel.

Perform surface finishing of parts by applying specialized compounds and sandblasting to remove imperfections and achieve smooth, defect-free surfaces. Work is full-time (40 hrs/wk) in a climate-controlled environment, requiring patience, attention to detail, and adherence to protective clothing and mask requirements.
