Serve as a primary customer contact, resolving support questions through email, phone, chat, Slack, and in-app channels. Diagnose complex issues, coordinate with account management, product, engineering, and third parties, manage escalations and documentation, communicate product updates, and provide customer insights to improve the platform. Maintain high customer satisfaction while developing deep product expertise and supporting the company’s growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

Own the roadmap for cloud and AI cost optimization products, from customer discovery and prioritization through launch and iteration. Partner with founders, engineering, design, sales, customer success, and marketing to ship technical B2B SaaS products. Define metrics, analyze adoption and savings, gather customer feedback, and stay current on cloud pricing, FinOps, and AI infrastructure.

Own revenue growth across new business, expansion, forecasting, and pipeline health. Lead and scale sales, BDR, partnerships, and revenue operations teams; design segmentation, territories, compensation, and sales playbooks. Partner with marketing and customer success to drive pipeline and retention, build cloud marketplace and co-sell motions with AWS, GCP, and Azure, and report performance to the CEO and board. The role is onsite five days per week in San Francisco.
