Responsibilities include developing timelines, monitoring scope, risks, budgets, fieldwork progress, and deliverables while ensuring projects meet client requirements, quality standards, deadlines, and profitability targets.

Leads headquarters market research initiatives for Board priorities, translating direction into survey objectives, questionnaires, sampling plans, methodologies, and execution. Oversees recruitment, data collection, coding, validation, and quality control; analyzes findings and builds Google Sheets dashboards with clear metrics and trend context. Establishes scalable research workflows, improves survey operations, and identifies suitable AI automation opportunities while maintaining output review. Reports to the Chief of Staff.

Owns end-to-end US and Canadian payroll operations, including biweekly processing, tax compliance, year-end W-2 and Canadian reporting, benefits and retirement deductions, reconciliations, journal entries, audits, and vendor coordination. The role serves as the payroll subject-matter expert, maintains controls and confidentiality, supports payroll and HRIS implementations, improves processes and integrations, and resolves employee and stakeholder inquiries.
