Own and grow a territory-based portfolio of broker and referral partners. Build relationships, educate and activate partners, generate deal flow, position Prospa’s value proposition, and achieve sales targets through channel engagement strategies. The role requires strong communication, influencing, territory management, and partnership-development skills, with experience in channel sales, broking, lending, fintech, or financial services preferred.

Assess and underwrite commercial loan applications for small businesses. Analyze bank statements, financial statements, industry risks, and credit risks; present transactions and recommendations to Credit Committee; prepare detailed credit papers; and apply commercial judgment to lending decisions. The role also involves reviewing credit reports, ASIC searches, secured lending opportunities, and financial documents while collaborating with management, sales, and business owners.

Build and manage inbound and outbound sales pipelines for small-business lending solutions. Develop trusted relationships with business owners, understand their goals, handle objections, recommend consultative funding solutions, maintain accurate records and compliance, and consistently achieve sales targets in a high-volume phone-based environment.
