Primer Benefits Overview

Own monthly revenue recognition under ASC 606, maintain deferred revenue schedules, lead multi-entity consolidations, perform flux analysis and intercompany eliminations, review accounts payable, and manage accruals. Support new entity and campus setup, process improvement, ad hoc financial analysis, and close automation using NetSuite, Ramp, Google Sheets, Excel, and AI tools. Report to the Controller and collaborate with the CFO.

Owns Primer’s grades 3–8 math program, including curriculum decisions, learning software selection, instructional materials, learning continuums, teacher training, and program quality. Manages virtual math teachers, analyzes student and usage data, collaborates with academic and product teams, and supports math platform integrations. The role also shapes long-term math strategy, partners with campus leaders, and travels quarterly to observe implementation.

Own Primer’s Salesforce, HubSpot, calling technology, revenue systems, lead routing, attribution, data governance, and funnel reporting. Build reliable enrollment workflows, migrate integrations, establish weekly and monthly operating reports, support forecasting and capacity planning, and maintain a prioritized systems roadmap. Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Marketing, Admissions, Product, and campus teams to improve enrollment performance and representative effectiveness.
