Prezzee Benefits Overview

Leads the vision, strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end performance of PrezzeePay’s payments and issuing value stream. Responsibilities include customer and partner discovery, growth opportunity identification, GTM strategy, business cases, ROI analysis, prioritization, partner management, and leadership of multiple cross-functional squads. The role drives scalable payment capabilities, predictable delivery, and commercial growth across global teams.

Own the operational lifecycle and performance of Prezzee’s Open Loop, Category, and Closed Loop prepaid card programs. Monitor authorizations, declines, disputes, settlements, and configuration issues; manage network relationships and reporting; and lead onboarding and implementation of new Closed Loop partners. Coordinate testing, merchant configuration, stakeholder communication, approvals, documentation, and transition to business-as-usual operations while providing operational support across internal teams.

Own the operational lifecycle and performance of prepaid card programs across international payment networks. Monitor authorizations, declines, disputes, settlements, and configuration issues; manage network partner relationships; lead Closed Loop partner onboarding and implementations; coordinate testing, reporting, approvals, and launch readiness; document transitions into business-as-usual operations; and provide operational support across internal teams and urgent global operations.
