Precision Aerospace Benefits Overview

Leads the aerospace organization’s Quality Management System and quality teams, ensuring compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements. Oversees audits, corrective actions, calibration, inspections, continuous improvement, KPI development, customer interfaces, special process approvals, and quality technology initiatives. Develops staff, manages budgets, supports new program qualification, and drives quality performance across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.

Lead and coordinate engineering projects from design through production release. Act as technical liaison to customers and internal teams, manage schedules, budgets, risks, ECOs, and documentation, ensure compliance with aerospace standards (AS9100, NADCAP, GD&T), support production ramp-up, and report status to stakeholders.

Support aerospace production quality by creating inspection templates, completing PPAP/APQP documentation, maintaining ERP records, handling customer complaints, managing corrective actions, performing delegated product release verification, and collaborating with engineering to develop inspection plans and ensure PO/spec compliance.
