The Manufacturing Engineer will define sheet metal manufacturing methods, optimize processes for production, and ensure compliance with aerospace standards, focusing on quality and efficiency.

Lead and coordinate engineering projects from design through production release. Act as technical liaison to customers and internal teams, manage schedules, budgets, risks, ECOs, and documentation, ensure compliance with aerospace standards (AS9100, NADCAP, GD&T), support production ramp-up, and report status to stakeholders.

Support aerospace production quality by creating inspection templates, completing PPAP/APQP documentation, maintaining ERP records, handling customer complaints, managing corrective actions, performing delegated product release verification, and collaborating with engineering to develop inspection plans and ensure PO/spec compliance.
