Performance bonus

The bonus is annual, paid out in Q1 of the following year. For Philippine team members, the government mandated 13th month pay is being implemented aside from the annual bonus.

For US employees, life insurance coverage provides $50,000 in Basic Term life insurance for all full-time employees.

Abortion travel benefits

Reimbursement for travel-related expenses incurred when traveling to another state to obtain an elective abortion.
