Polène Benefits Overview

The HR Business Partner will align HR policies with local laws, manage payroll, support talent acquisition, develop employee engagement initiatives, and ensure compliance while collaborating with HQ.

Develop leather goods designs from creative research and moodboards through sketches, technical drawings, mock-ups, prototypes, and workshop production. Create technical specifications and correction sheets, collaborate with Collection, Sourcing, and workshops in France and Spain, participate in design reviews, and monitor trends, materials, craftsmanship, and innovations. The role requires strong visual and technical design skills, hands-on prototyping interest, organization, adaptability, and collaborative ability.

Supports fashion image production from creative brief through final delivery, including partner and talent research, shoot coordination, scheduling, post-production follow-up, budget monitoring, archiving, and studio equipment management. The role collaborates with creative teams and external partners, manages multiple projects, and contributes to Polene’s global visual identity. Frequent international travel and full-time onsite work in Paris are required.
