Develops Polene’s EMEA visibility through PR, influencer and VIP partnerships, gifting programs, social media strategy, product launches, events and brand experiences. The role coordinates talent relationships, paid collaborations, media monitoring, performance tracking and communications across internal teams, agencies and external partners. It requires at least three years of PR or talent management experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, fluency in English, and proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. The position is fully on-site in Paris.

Design leather goods and jewelry collections through creative research, sketching, technical drawings, digital simulations, handcrafted mock-ups, and physical prototyping. Create technical specification and correction sheets, collaborate with collection, sourcing, workshops, and manufacturing partners, and participate in design reviews. The role requires strong handbag design experience, leather goods construction expertise, hands-on prototyping skills, and independent project management.

Lead leather goods product development from conception through launch, including exceptional projects, small leather goods, and charms. Coordinate Design, Sourcing, Production, workshops, suppliers, prototypes, specifications, BOMs, ERP data, timelines, costing, collection meetings, and training materials. Analyze trends, markets, and product performance while improving development processes. The role is fully onsite in Paris and requires close cross-functional collaboration.
