Lead special-project design and product development for charms, upcycling initiatives, objects, and gifts. Manage two designers, oversee creative direction and technical specifications, coordinate with product managers, workshops, artisans, suppliers, and cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery milestones are met. The role requires strong experience in object, fashion, or accessory design, leathercraft expertise, multi-material knowledge, team leadership, and advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills.

The HR Business Partner will align HR policies with local laws, manage payroll, support talent acquisition, develop employee engagement initiatives, and ensure compliance while collaborating with HQ.

Develop leather goods designs from creative research and moodboards through sketches, technical drawings, mock-ups, prototypes, and workshop production. Create technical specifications and correction sheets, collaborate with Collection, Sourcing, and workshops in France and Spain, participate in design reviews, and monitor trends, materials, craftsmanship, and innovations. The role requires strong visual and technical design skills, hands-on prototyping interest, organization, adaptability, and collaborative ability.
