Own Plasma’s paid acquisition engine across consumer and business products. Build and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Apple Search Ads, and other platforms; manage budgets, creative testing, attribution, and cohort measurement. Improve the full funnel from landing pages and onboarding through lifecycle and referrals. Establish tracking, reporting, and playbooks, scale successful channels, and help build the growth team. The role requires regional market expertise, hands-on performance marketing experience, and strong accountability for acquisition, activation, and retention.

Build Plasma’s data function from the ground up, including the Snowflake warehouse, production and third-party data pipelines, and modeled data layer. Define trusted company metrics, analyze user behavior and experiments, support financial reconciliation and reporting, and identify fraud and abuse patterns. Establish data quality, testing, access-control, and PII standards; select tools, set technical practices, and eventually hire and grow the data team.
