Manages defaulted mortgage loans and develops loss mitigation solutions to avoid foreclosure. Negotiates with borrowers, investors, and realtors; evaluates property values; analyzes loan modifications; implements short sales, deeds in lieu, reinstatements, and charge-offs; resolves title issues; maintains compliance records; and preserves vacant properties. Requires knowledge of mortgage documents, foreclosure regulations, and state-specific requirements.

Performs daily treasury operations including cash monitoring, banking administration, wire validation, Treasury Management System maintenance, credit card oversight, escheatment, transaction research, and liquidity support. Assists with cash forecasting, bank fee analysis, letters of credit, equipment financing, compliance activities, and special Treasury projects. Requires accounting or finance education, treasury or finance experience, cash management knowledge, analytical skills, and strong communication.

Provides executive and office administrative support, including calendar management, visitor and vendor coordination, meeting and conference room scheduling, invoice tracking, supply management, facilities requests, shipping, presentations, expense documentation, and employee events. Supports senior management and servicing departments while handling special projects and maintaining organized office operations.
