Pivot Cycles 401(k) retirement plan matches dollar for dollar the first 6% invested in the plan. There are no vesting periods on the matched funds.

Pivot Cycles' dental insurance plan through Principal Financial PPO covers most employees' out of pocket costs for two routine exams and cleanings per calendar year.

Short-term and Long-term Disability Insurance is available through Sun Life Financial. Cost of coverage is based on your age and salary. Most employees are paying less that $10/paycheck.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
