Build and maintain production data pipelines, Airflow DAGs, Snowflake infrastructure, and Data Vault 2.0 models. Ensure data quality, observability, security, governance, reliability, and cost efficiency through automated testing and CI/CD. Lead technical projects end-to-end, collaborate with stakeholders, and support SOX-relevant reporting while developing expertise in commercial insurance data and processes.

The Principal People Partner advises executives and senior leaders on people strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, talent development, employee relations, compliance, engagement, retention, and change management. The role partners cross-functionally to build high-performing teams, manage complex employee relations matters, support leadership transitions, improve team member experiences, and leverage HR systems and people data to guide decisions.

Manage workers’ compensation premium audit operations, including internal teams, vendors, quality, compliance, productivity, and customer escalations. Develop audit strategies, improve processes, optimize workflows and technology, analyze performance trends, and partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Compliance, Legal, Claims, Underwriting, Billing, and Customer Service. Lead team development, resolve complex disputes, and communicate operational insights to senior leadership.
