Manage day-to-day office operations for a 65-person robotics company. Responsibilities include stocking supplies, placing orders, coordinating vendors and cleaning services, liaising with landlords and property management, and organizing company events, meetings, catering, travel, and lodging. The role requires strong organization, vendor accountability, event-planning skills, clear communication, and regular onsite availability.

Serves as the primary IT resource for a 60-person organization, providing end-user support across Windows, macOS, and Linux. Manages onboarding, offboarding, identity platforms, endpoint provisioning, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, cloud infrastructure, networks, backups, cybersecurity controls, asset lifecycles, and technology vendors. Administers AWS and Azure environments, SSO, Okta, and password management solutions while troubleshooting issues and maintaining secure, reliable systems.

The Mechanical Engineering Technician will oversee the machine and assembly shop, assist in prototyping parts, create fixtures, and ensure shop organization and maintenance.
