Leads organization-wide quality improvement strategy and supervises quality improvement analysts. Oversees data quality, dashboards, audits, performance measurement, process mapping, root-cause analysis, compliance monitoring, and corrective actions. Partners with program leaders to identify inefficiencies, recommend operational improvements, develop metrics, and communicate findings to senior and executive leadership. Manages related projects and initiatives supporting service quality, organizational performance, and regulatory compliance.

Supports the Legal Department by managing contracts throughout their lifecycle, including intake, initial review, information gathering, proofreading, exhibit coordination, signing, storage, and status tracking. Serves as the central contract contact, coordinates workflows with counsel and departments, monitors deadlines, supports CLM system implementation, communicates with internal and external stakeholders, and prepares contract-related reports for counsel and executives.

Under supervision, perform general accounting and accounts receivable tasks including month-end journal entries, reconciliations, grant and funding-source reporting, billing and collections, deposit and payment processing, variance analysis, audit support, and maintaining documentation. Support budget, grant, and audit schedules and communicate professionally with staff, consumers, auditors, and funding sources.
