Senior technology executive accountable for defining and executing the multi-year transportation technology roadmap. Lead large engineering, product, and architecture teams to modernize TMS and visibility platforms, drive cloud migrations, implement data and ML capabilities, oversee integrations and APIs, govern technology investments and compliance, and deliver business value across Dedicated Fleet, Managed Transportation, and Brokerage.

Lead enterprise technology strategy and execution for distribution, warehousing, yard, and automation across a national DC network. Own Physical AI/robotics roadmap, WMS/WCS integrations, cloud and OT/IT convergence, large automation capital programs, and a 50–150+ technical organization to drive throughput, accuracy, and operational ROI.

Manages a strategic customer account’s logistics network design and daily operations, including inbound and outbound transportation, carrier performance, suppliers, vendors, and logistics analysts. Leads supervisors and cross-functional teams, resolves operational issues, develops project plans, monitors KPIs, manages customer relationships, identifies growth opportunities, and oversees account budgets, forecasting, profitability, and variance reporting. Requires supply chain and managerial experience, strong analytical and communication skills, transportation management knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
