Pelago Benefits Overview

Own Pelago’s AWS-based platform and event-driven data infrastructure, including Terraform-managed environments, CI/CD, pipelines, observability, alerting, reliability, and cost optimization. Build reusable patterns for data sources and services, support analytics and member-facing features, and enable agentic workflows. Partner with product, clinical, analytics, and commercial teams while participating in on-call and incident response. The role requires strong product judgment, autonomous decision-making, and attention to privacy, safety, and regulated healthcare concerns.

Own end-to-end product design for Pelago’s AI-supported behavioral health experiences across Sona and the Pelago app. Design voice, conversational AI, mobile, and web interactions; conduct research and usability testing; create flows, prototypes, and polished interfaces; collaborate with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Growth teams; and improve member journeys, accessibility, trust, and care transitions through analytics and feedback.

Leads Pelago’s enterprise employer account-based marketing program, including account prioritization, buying-group messaging, paid and contact-based advertising, web conversion, and commercial campaign coordination. Partners with Sales, Business Development, Channel Marketing, Product Marketing, Events, and GTM Systems to advance complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities. Owns account engagement reporting, marketing budgets, digital channels, and AI-enabled personalization and research. Requires strong ABM, B2B marketing, paid media, analytics, and cross-functional leadership experience.
