Serves as the welcoming first point of contact for the Austin office. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting visitors, managing mail and packages, preparing new hire badges, maintaining front-desk records, processing parking waivers, and supporting general office administration. The role is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and fully onsite. Prior receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
