Own strategic enterprise accounts across EMEA, managing end-to-end consultative sales processes from discovery through close. Build pipeline, engage senior stakeholders, develop ROI-based business cases, navigate complex procurement and legal processes, coordinate internal teams, and forecast accurately. The role focuses on selling B2B SaaS to large retailers and consumer brands through complex, high-value, multi-stakeholder deals.

Own technical customer implementations from discovery through configuration, data ingestion, communication-flow setup, AI enablement, and launch. Partner with Customer Success and Solution Consulting to manage scope, stakeholders, and expectations. Troubleshoot basic issues using logs, GitHub, and API documentation; advise on e-commerce and logistics best practices; and communicate product improvement opportunities to Product and Engineering.

Design, build, and own backend services for a large-scale Django returns portal: model data, implement APIs and jobs, integrate with commerce systems (Shopify), ensure reliable synchronization, instrument and monitor production, and raise engineering standards (typing, validation, CI/CD).
