Pan-American Life Insurance Group Benefits Overview

Manage relationships with large distributors, MGAs, and agency partners to drive insurance sales growth. Recruit, onboard, train, and support distribution partners; identify cross-selling opportunities; promote PALIG’s value proposition; develop sales concepts and training materials; coordinate with regional sales and marketing teams; and deliver presentations and training to distribution groups.

Leads business analysts and technology delivery teams supporting life insurance applications. Oversees requirements, Agile delivery, application enhancements, production support, incident resolution, release readiness, governance, vendors, budgets, and stakeholder communications. Provides team leadership, coaching, performance management, and continuous process improvement while ensuring SDLC, change-management, and operational standards are maintained.

Provides strategic legal counsel to insurance, group health, and employee benefits operations. Advises leadership on ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, state insurance regulations, compliance, risk management, transactions, and governance. Drafts and reviews commercial agreements, insurance policy forms, benefit plan documents, and M&A agreements. Supports regulatory examinations and filings, manages outside counsel, and advises on litigation and corporate matters.
