Administer the monthly UK payroll using in-house software, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. Responsibilities include responding to payroll queries, supporting year-end returns, validating and reconciling payroll outputs, preparing costing files and month-end reports, reconciling payments to HMRC and pension providers, and creating or reviewing policies and procedures. The role also requires collaboration, process improvement, and flexibility in supporting wider team activities.

Design, build and operationalise a technology partner programme to drive indirect revenue and partner-sourced pipeline. Recruit, onboard, enable and manage system integrators, resellers and alliances; define KPIs, run joint go-to-market activities, and align partners with product, sales and marketing. Serve as primary partner executive contact and continuously optimise programme performance and governance.
