Administer and support global IT infrastructure, including servers, operating systems, Microsoft 365, Azure, directory services, storage, security tools, and SaaS platforms. Monitor systems, resolve incidents, troubleshoot business-critical issues, manage backups and data retention, support user account changes, document processes, and apply patches and upgrades during scheduled maintenance. The role also supports service desk activities and operational teams.

Leads communications, engagement, culture, and community initiatives across UK Digital and Data hubs. The role connects hub teams with leadership, improves hub experience through insight, supports onboarding and inclusion, delivers internal and external events, strengthens employer brand, contributes marketing content, and supports apprenticeship operations. Regular travel, stakeholder management, project delivery, and collaboration with HR, Marketing, Recruitment, and Communications teams are central to the position.

Coordinates senior-hire recruitment processes from interview through verbal offer, managing candidate and hiring-manager activity in SmartRecruiters across time zones. Handles interview logistics, candidate communications, feedback sessions, agency purchase orders, and in-person candidate greetings. Uses Excel and recruitment data for reporting and process improvement while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
