Offers 401(K)

Ozmo offers a 401(K) plan to both part-time & full-time employees aged 21 and up. The retirement plan includes a variety of investment options, featuring combinations of stocks, bonds, and index funds

Offers disability insurance

Ozmo offers employer-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance. Short-term covering 60% of weekly income and long-term covering 60% of monthly income.

Provides 401(K) matching

Ozmo's 401(K) retirement plan matches 100% of the first 4% you put into your 401(k) account with immediate vesting.

Offers life insurance

Ozmo offers employer-paid Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment life insurance with a payout of 2x an employee's annual salary for the duration of employment.

Our bootstrapped model ensures Incentive Stock Option grants, vesting over time, offer immediate upside due to a lower strike price, with long-term returns directly amplified by organic growth.

Ozmo offers performance bonuses that are payable quarterly upon achieving the company's quarterly and annual objectives and goals.

Offers dental insurance

Ozmo offers two dental plans, both of which cover 100% of the cost of preventive care, including X-rays. The higher-tier plan also includes orthodontic coverage for dependents under the age of 18.

Offers health insurance

Ozmo offers three tiers of health insurance through Cigna. One of the tiers is a Health Savings Account, for which Ozmo contributes $1,200 annually, regardless of employee contribution.

Offers Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Ozmo's Flexible Spending Account (FSA) helps employees cover out-of-pocket medical expenses with pre-tax contributions of up to $3,300 annually.

Offers vision insurance

Ozmo's vision insurance plan provides 100% coverage for annual eye exams and lenses after a $10 copay. Frames are covered up to $130 and contact lenses are 100% covered.

Provides family medical leave

Ozmo offers up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave per year, as well as maintained health benefits, for any employee eligible under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

Offers generous parental leave

Ozmo offers 8 weeks of Bonding Leave to all employees to bond with a newborn child, adopted child, or newly-placed foster child. An additional 6 weeks can be taken by mothers who have birthed a child.
