Develop and deploy PCBA end-of-line functional test systems for production. Responsibilities include creating automated tests and fixtures, interfacing with embedded communication protocols, supporting PCBA bring-up and validation, analyzing yield data, troubleshooting failures, maintaining test documentation and equipment, and deploying systems with contract manufacturers. The role requires collaboration with electrical and firmware engineers to improve coverage, quality, and production performance.

Assist with designing and developing analog, digital, and power electronics circuits and PCBs. Support schematic capture, PCB layout, simulation, testing, documentation, design reviews, and hardware troubleshooting. Operate laboratory equipment, execute electronics test plans, collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and systems engineering teams, and contribute to root cause analysis and design problem-solving.

Develop and validate embedded battery management software spanning drivers, hardware abstraction, communication stacks, diagnostics, bootloaders, and application controls. Implement BMS functions including cell monitoring, balancing, contactor control, isolation detection, and metrology. Debug target hardware, resolve root causes, maintain traceability and documentation, apply safe coding practices, and collaborate within an agile DevOps-oriented team.
