OPTrust Benefits Overview

Lead data management and BI efforts for pension/member operations: design ETL and reconciliation processes, build dashboards and reports (Power BI/Tableau), resolve complex data integrity issues, support projects and UAT, train stakeholders, and drive remediation and audit activities to ensure accurate pension/member records.

Provide high-level executive support to the SVP of Member Experience & Pension Operations, managing stakeholder relationships, coordinating committees and events, producing materials and budgets, handling expenses and invoices, onboarding and HR coordination, capturing meeting notes and action items, and ensuring confidentiality and adherence to policies while advancing divisional priorities and projects.

Lead OPTrust's Total Portfolio modernization and strategic innovation portfolio, integrating technology, analytics, and investment strategy. Drive cross-functional coordination, develop risk and analytics frameworks, implement pilots to remove low-value work, and manage external partnerships and at least one investment professional to accelerate capability development and informed portfolio decision-making.
