Serve as the first point of contact at the Sunset office, providing trauma-informed, bilingual (Cantonese) front desk support, intake scheduling, document collection, and administrative office management. Coordinate communications, assist Cantonese-speaking guests, build community referrals, and help design office policies and systems to manage high-volume workflow. Report to Senior Frontline Partner.
