The FP&A Manager owns long-term financial models, investing capital schedules, annual budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. Responsibilities include scenario analysis, capital allocation insights, investment performance measurement, investor reporting support, process automation, dashboard development, and strategic financial analysis. The role partners with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, guides a junior team member, improves FP&A systems and controls, and communicates actionable recommendations to management and the Board.

Lead fund accounting and performance reporting for credit products, review NAVs and reconciliations with administrators, oversee audited financial statements and consolidations, manage investor capital calls/distributions, produce P&L and performance data, mentor accounting staff, implement controls, and coordinate with auditors and cross-functional teams.
