Manages onshore and offshore development teams, defines client requirements, troubleshoots and deploys code, supports architecture and security initiatives, coordinates technical schedules and priorities, contributes to staffing and pricing, and develops project functionality. Requires hands-on data engineering and application development experience with Python, SQL, databases, Databricks, and cloud platforms.

Leads complex client projects spanning integrated marketing, data, and technology initiatives. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, quality, and client expectations while coordinating strategy, creative, analytics, engineering, and delivery teams. Builds project plans, facilitates alignment, monitors project health, supports financial management, resolves escalations, and drives continuous improvement. The role requires experience with Agile delivery, cross-functional teams, project financials, digital or marketing technology, and client-facing communication.

Build and support end-to-end Power BI dashboards, datasets, data models, and reporting solutions using BigQuery and SQL. Develop transformation pipelines, automate reporting, manage refreshes, security, workspaces, and deployment processes, and improve data quality and performance. Partner with business stakeholders to define metrics, investigate data issues, and document solutions. Support Gen AI analytics use cases and mentor junior analysts.
