Partner cross-functionally to inform growth, pricing, margin, working capital, and capital decisions while implementing scalable systems, governance, and reporting to support rapid scale.

Manages sales growth across the Seattle metro territory by achieving volume and distribution goals, conducting route rides, supporting distributor partners, managing retail launches, improving product placement, monitoring inventory and merchandising, and collaborating on marketing plans. The role is primarily field-based, requires early starts, store visits, lifting up to 40 pounds, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and occasional travel.

Own innovation project plans, timelines, budgets, pipeline tools, launch calendars, and cross-functional execution from concept through launch. Lead operations meetings, dashboards, executive updates, Stage Gate materials, risk mitigation, and capacity planning. Coordinate Innovation with Commercial, R&D, Science, Brand, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance, and Sales teams. Improve scalable workflows, synthesize complex information into recommendations, and support research, competitive assessments, and launch readiness.
