Own Retail Media and ecommerce analytics, including Looker governance, GA4 performance analysis, metric definitions, reporting automation, and data-quality improvements. Collaborate with Analytics Engineering, Product, commercial stakeholders, and international retail partners to develop reporting marts and semantic layers. Present actionable insights, support technical analysis, and mentor junior analysts.

Maintain and improve automated fulfillment-center machinery, including conveyor networks, lifts, and cranes. Serve as the principal technical contact for critical issues, keep operations running through proactive maintenance and improvement work, and apply creative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong engineering competency, safety-at-height training, computer literacy, and a Level 3 engineering qualification or relevant engineering degree.

Support and improve the enterprise operational resilience and business continuity programme. Responsibilities include designing exercises, tracking lessons learned, maintaining recovery documentation, leading AI-supported business impact analyses, defining RTOs and RPOs, identifying operational risks, coordinating continuity responses, and managing stakeholder reporting. The role provides business continuity expertise to UK and international operations teams and requires travel to UK fulfilment centres with occasional international travel.
