Obama Foundation Benefits Overview

Provide administrative and sales support for the Obama Presidential Center event rental business: screen inquiries, prepare proposals and sales collateral, coordinate site tours and meetings, maintain CRM and pipeline records, conduct basic market/prospect research, and prepare handoff documentation to Venue Management to support sales conversion and revenue tracking.

Serve as primary guest-facing contact for the Obama Presidential Center: lead tours, facilitate exhibit experiences, assist with digital exhibit assets, provide inclusive customer service, collaborate with security and volunteers, manage crowd guidance and emergency support, and participate in training and exhibit updates.

Manage month-end close, prepare and review GAAP financial statements, oversee reconciliations, audit coordination, grant and pledge accounting, supervise reporting staff, administer NetSuite, and improve accounting processes and controls for a large nonprofit.
