The Quality Coordinator will inspect and control the quality of products according to customer requirements, maintain daily inspection records, manage various quality processes, report quality concerns, and handle ERP system recording. Additional tasks may be assigned by the supervisor.

This position involves managing office supplies and maintenance, supervising housekeeping staff, overseeing vendor management, supporting employee engagement, coordinating training sessions, and implementing office policies. It includes providing administrative support for onboarding and managing the office budget while ensuring a productive work atmosphere.

As a Staff Accountant, you will ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial transactions, assist in general ledger account research, develop monthly journal entries, and prepare month-end account reconciliations. You will also provide analysis to the finance team and support audits while backing up colleagues as needed.
