Develop and manage scientific publications, congress materials, medical content, FAQs, advisory board materials, and literature summaries for oncology products. Lead publication submissions and reviews while ensuring compliance with ICMJE, GPP, journal, regulatory, and ethical standards. Contribute strategically to responsible AI integration, including monitoring healthcare provider use of AI tools and improving content discoverability and integrity. Manage multiple projects, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and support lung cancer and neuro-oncology communications.

Lead analytical development and QC activities from early development through commercial support, including method development/validation/transfer, stability and release testing, vendor/CRO/CMO management, regulatory submission authorship, audits/inspections, and MAH oversight for China market with routine on-site supervision.

Leads clinical data management for oncology trials, overseeing data management plans, CRF design, database setup, data review, query management, cleaning, database locks, and external data reconciliation. Collaborates with clinical, statistical, medical, and regulatory teams; manages CRO and vendor deliverables; supports quality processes, audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions. Provides strategic leadership, mentorship, and potentially line management while improving data workflows and systems.
