Own and expand BFSI client relationships in the Phoenix region by serving as a strategic advisor, driving account growth, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and positioning Data, Cloud, AI/ML, and digital transformation solutions. Build executive relationships, lead QBRs and contract negotiations, coordinate delivery teams, resolve customer issues, ensure client satisfaction, and provide BFSI market thought leadership.

Designs, provisions, operates, and troubleshoots Azure infrastructure, networking, AKS/Kubernetes environments, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Azure Data Factory integrations. Develops reusable Bicep modules, manages CI/CD deployments, and supports production incidents through log analysis, KQL queries, root-cause analysis, and performance troubleshooting. Collaborates with developers to resolve application, infrastructure, security, and connectivity issues while maintaining monitoring, secure secrets, certificates, and integrations.

Develop backend applications using Java and the Spring ecosystem, including REST services, microservices, distributed architectures, security, databases, and ORM. Build and maintain containerized services with Docker and Kubernetes, support CI/CD processes, and work with API gateways. The role also involves SDLC practices, iterative prototyping, and preferably developing customized automated testing frameworks.
