Leads strategic direction and delivery for a global pharmaceutical client account spanning Medical Affairs and Publications. Builds senior client relationships, oversees integrated scientific communications programs, manages budgets and profitability, identifies account growth opportunities, and supports business development. Leads and develops Client Services teams while partnering with Scientific Services, Editorial, Digital, Creative, Operations, and senior leadership to drive operational excellence, innovation, and exceptional client outcomes.

Manage scientific publications and medical affairs projects from briefing through delivery, coordinating timelines, budgets, quality, and cross-functional teams. Build client relationships, track project finances, identify risks, support forecasting, mentor junior colleagues, and identify opportunities to expand account support. The role is remote with potential travel for client meetings and onsite events.

Manage global Medical Affairs and medical communications projects from brief through delivery. Coordinate clients, scientific experts, and internal scientific, editorial, creative, digital, and client services teams. Responsibilities include project planning, timeline and budget management, forecasting, invoicing, scope control, risk mitigation, and client meeting support. The role builds pharmaceutical client relationships and contributes to strategic discussions and improved account delivery.
