Enterprise Account Executive responsible for generating new enterprise revenue through consultative selling, prospecting, needs assessment, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing. The role involves coordinating internal stakeholders, maintaining CRM data, supporting successful solution delivery, representing the company at industry events, and sharing customer insights with product and marketing teams. Candidates need enterprise software sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, presentation ability, and preferably ESG or sustainability knowledge.

Build and own Novisto’s analytics data foundation, including lakehouse architecture, ingestion pipelines, curated datasets, data models, and reliable ETL/ELT workflows. Develop data quality, observability, testing, CI/CD, and incident-response capabilities. Design APIs and backend services for secure, multi-tenant data serving. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, and ESG data teams while mentoring developers and balancing scalability, cost, freshness, and maintainability.

Owns end-to-end customer onboarding and adoption for an ESG data management platform, including environment setup, metric customization, data input, and advisory services. Delivers executive-ready ESG outputs, shares best practices internally, supports platform testing, and translates customer needs into product improvements. Requires ESG reporting and disclosure expertise, knowledge of major sustainability frameworks, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and office productivity tools.
