Manages managers, engineers, analysts, and managed-service teams while partnering with Identity Engineering to ensure new capabilities are supportable, secure, observable, and production-ready.

Leads Nordstrom’s source-to-pay strategy, systems roadmap, and transformation toward AI-enabled procurement. Owns the Coupa platform, system controls, automation initiatives, reporting, and technology evaluations. Manages and develops S2P system administrators while partnering with Finance, Technology, Legal, Product, and procurement leaders. Drives cross-functional improvements, change management, adoption, supplier enablement, and executive alignment across sourcing, contracting, purchasing, invoicing, and spend analytics.
