Manage and scale enterprise RFID programs across inventory lifecycle. Translate strategy into executable plans, govern dependencies and risks, support vendor tagging and compliance, liaise with cross-functional teams, enable RFID-enabled pilots and analytics, and drive adoption and change management to improve inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.

Lead enterprise data governance and AI-first metric standardization programs. Own roadmaps, align cross-functional teams, embed governance into data lifecycles, enable executive reporting, and drive adoption, quality, and accountability across platform, analytics, and business stakeholders.
