NMA (Neuromonitoring Associates) Benefits Overview

Provides regional clinical oversight for intraoperative neuromonitoring services, including training technologists, mentoring clinical teams, supporting CNIM preparation, implementing clinical standards, reviewing KPIs, and providing operating-room case coverage. The role collaborates with clinical leadership, supports onboarding and interviews, and ensures consistent, high-quality service delivery across regional healthcare facilities. Frequent travel, variable schedules, and extended operating-room periods are required.
