Provides administrative and operational oversight for a university career development center. Serves as the primary contact for students, employers, faculty, and community members; manages schedules, records, databases, events, recruiting activities, invoices, budgets, supplies, and communications. Supervises student employees, supports technology platforms, coordinates career fairs and presentations, maintains confidentiality, and assists with office policies, procedures, reporting, and daily operations.

Provides advanced technical and functional support for ERP and student information systems. Responsibilities include business process analysis, requirements gathering, system administration, configuration, upgrades, security, integrations, APIs, SQL and PL/SQL data extraction, testing, technical support, documentation, disaster recovery, project leadership, end-user training, and staff mentoring across Windows and Linux environments.

Provide administrative and customer service support to department staff, students, and visitors. Duties include answering phones, greeting guests, filing, scanning, copying, data entry, distributing mail, and other clerical tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
