Provides advanced technical and functional support for ERP and student information systems. Responsibilities include business process analysis, requirements gathering, system administration, configuration, upgrades, security, integrations, APIs, SQL and PL/SQL data extraction, testing, technical support, documentation, disaster recovery, project leadership, end-user training, and staff mentoring across Windows and Linux environments.

Tenure-track Assistant Professor teaching undergraduate and graduate creative writing fiction, technical writing, composition, and related courses. Responsibilities include mentoring students, conducting creative and scholarly research, advising The New Mexico Review literary journal, and presenting or publishing professional work. The position requires a doctorate or ABD in English with a creative writing specialization or related area by fall 2027, plus demonstrated teaching, research, and writing experience.

Teach a 12-credit load with undergraduate focus, advise graduate students, engage in departmental service, demonstrate research/scholarly activity, and support curriculum development. Candidates should have a Ph.D. or MS with experience and strong communication skills; experience with diverse student populations and expertise in areas like ML, HPC, networks, databases, or cybersecurity is preferred.
