Provide executive-level administrative, operational, and financial support to the Marketing/Communications director. Manage project intake, timelines, workflows, and resource allocation in the department's project management system. Coordinate stakeholders, events, vendor relationships, and reporting; monitor budgets and reconcile invoices. Serve as liaison across campus, ensure project quality and on-time completion, and recommend workflow improvements. Occasional intercampus travel and support for events required.

The Director oversees government relations and strategic grants for the college, coordinating advocacy, grant proposals, and legislative affairs while building partnerships with policymakers and community stakeholders.

Develop and execute social media strategies to support marketing, recruitment, and enrollment. Create and publish written, graphic, photo, and video content; maintain editorial calendar; monitor channels and analytics; capture event media across the college service area; mentor student employees; and manage digital media assets and trends.
