Administers enterprise physical and virtual servers, Windows Server, VMware environments, storage, backup and recovery platforms, and infrastructure monitoring systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, patching, security hardening, capacity planning, disaster recovery, documentation, lifecycle management, change control, vendor coordination, infrastructure projects, incident escalation, and on-call support.

Administer and monitor enterprise network security infrastructure, including firewalls, endpoint protection, VPNs, certificates, vulnerability management, and security controls. Investigate incidents, remediate threats, support network infrastructure, maintain documentation, and coordinate with internal teams and managed security providers. The role also supports change management, lifecycle upgrades, disaster recovery, compliance, after-hours maintenance, and technical escalations.

Coordinates and delivers employee training programs, including orientation, onboarding, OJT certification, cGMP, leadership, contractor, and instructor-led training. Administers LMS, QMS, training dashboards, records, and certification documentation. Partners with leaders to assess training needs, develop materials, measure effectiveness, conduct compliance audits, and maintain accurate employee training files. Also facilitates tours, workshops, webinars, and continuous improvement initiatives in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
