Serve as the primary liaison for assigned retail clients, ensuring contractual SLAs and branding compliance. Monitor client portfolios, identify performance issues, lead remediation and continuous improvement plans, deliver KPI presentations, analyze feedback, and collaborate with sales and product teams to improve satisfaction and retention.

Serve as first point of contact for HR inquiries across channels; document and track cases in HR systems; assist with I-9 reverification, state separation notices, severance and RIF processing, wage requests, HR purchasing, and process improvements.

Investigate and resolve ATM settlement claims by analyzing receipts, CIT documentation, and processor data to determine liability, financial impact, and root cause. Communicate with customers, armored vendors, and internal teams; track claim progress and payments, prepare reports and trend analyses, and identify cost-control and process-improvement opportunities while maintaining accuracy and ownership.
