Temporary, production-focused graphic designer to edit and modify existing Adobe InDesign templates, manage a high-volume request queue from Client Success Managers, uphold brand standards, communicate with requesters, and deliver print and digital collateral on deadline.

Lead and execute Navigate's integrated growth marketing strategy across enterprise employers, brokers, and consultants. Build and run account-based and influence-led growth motions, design experiments, partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to create pipeline, measure impact, and scale repeatable plays. Manage and develop a small team, align cross-functional stakeholders, and use data and AI to optimize campaigns and drive measurable revenue outcomes.

Serve as an HR generalist supporting the full employee lifecycle: employee relations, onboarding, LMS management, benefits and payroll support, recruitment, compliance, reporting, leave administration, surveys/recognition, and HR process improvement. Partner with leaders to drive culture, investigate claims, maintain HR systems (UKG, SharePoint), and deliver exceptional employee service to sustain retention and engagement goals.
