Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales will sell wellness technology solutions to large enterprise prospects through direct, marketing-qualified, and channel-partner sales. Responsibilities include building partner relationships, developing pipelines, prospecting, delivering presentations and demonstrations, preparing proposals and RFP responses, managing CRM activity, closing contracts, meeting $1M+ annual quotas, and coordinating with product, technology, operations, and marketing teams. The role is remote and requires 30–40% travel.

Lead and execute Navigate's integrated growth marketing strategy across enterprise employers, brokers, and consultants. Build and run account-based and influence-led growth motions, design experiments, partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to create pipeline, measure impact, and scale repeatable plays. Manage and develop a small team, align cross-functional stakeholders, and use data and AI to optimize campaigns and drive measurable revenue outcomes.
