The Adventure Specialist advises prospective travelers, recommends and sells nature-focused trips, creates customized itineraries, follows up on leads, processes reservations, and supports pre-trip logistics. The role handles guest inquiries, resolves minor booking issues, and collaborates with marketing, air, concierge, and operations teams. It requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, customer service, and sales skills, along with destination knowledge and enthusiasm for travel and conservation.

Arrange domestic and international flights for field staff and employees, including itineraries, group bookings, ticketing, exchanges, refunds, seating, schedule changes, and emergency travel support. Manage airline contracts, fares, deadlines, and reservations using Amadeus GDS. Provide hotel booking assistance and support the guest-facing Air Team during high-volume periods while maintaining accurate communication and organized service.
