Lead AI and technology policy projects supporting NRF advocacy, member engagement, and thought leadership on AI, cybersecurity, privacy, fraud prevention, and emerging technologies. Produce policy analyses, comment letters, research, presentations, and member resources; liaise with policymakers, regulators, members, and coalitions; manage meetings, roundtables, and CDRI initiatives to translate technical issues into practical policy and resources for retailers.

Lead NRF's media relations strategy to elevate coverage of policy, research, and events; draft press materials; manage media interviews and spokesperson staffing; cultivate media relationships; coordinate cross-divisional messaging; drive media outreach for events; monitor and analyze media performance using AI tools; and support strategic communications initiatives.
